Chicken and Vegetable Fried Rice

















Ingredients
2 cups of rice (boiled with salt,  make sure rice does not get over cooked)
Shredded Chicken - 1 cup (boiled with salt and shredded)
3 Eggs
Vegetables (Cabbage, Carrot, Beans, ) cut into long pieces.
Green peas (boiled with salt)
Onion - 1 cut into small pieces
Ginger & Garlic 1 tsp each crushed
Pepper powder 1 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Soya Sauce -1 tbsp
Green Chilli sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp

Method
Add some oil to a pan, beat the eggs with some salt and pepper powder and fried them until it is very well scrambled, and remove from the pan and keep aside. Now add some more oil to the pan and add the onion pieces with the ginger and garlic and fry until slightly transparent then add the chicken pieces followed by the vegetables and the green piece, keep on stirring them until the vegetables are well cooked with no water remaining. Then to it add the fried egg and the boiled rice and then add the soya sauce and green chilli sauce. Keep on stirring until all are mixed well. Now remove from the pan and serve hot with some garnishing.

NB: After adding rice if more spice is required you may add some more pepper powder.
