Ginger along with lemon juice and honey are used to make this wine, which makes it both sweet and mildly spicy
Ingredients01. Ginger - 250 g
02. Sugar - 100 g + 50 g
03. Water - 2 l
04. Cinnamon - 5 g
05. Cloves - 5
06. Cardamom - 4
07. Lemon juice - from 3 lemons
08. Honey - 10 ml
09. Brandy - 30 ml
Preparation
01. Mash the ginger, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom together.
02. To this, add two litres of water and boil it for two hours till its quantity is reduced by half.
03. Caramelize 50 grams of sugar and add it to the boiled mixture.
04. After it cools, add the lemon juice and the honey.
05. Brandy is optional.
